May The Force Be With You: Why is it not said more in STAR WARS:THE FORCE AWAKENS
- Please note this forum will contain spoilers for STAR WARS EP:VII First thank you to those who pointed out I had missed the iconic phrase. Sincerely missed it, but the spirit of the question remains unanswered. Thats it thats all we get? One use! Let me beclear had a fun time watching this one! But I'm a long time fan saw EMPIRE in theaters as a kid first. Every review includeing those of friends , say this is just EP4 with new paint. So this question is more for those who: Didn't watch A NEW HOPE. Did the use stick with you? If so why? If not why not? I bring this up because no one said it to each other as we left my local theater! This is the first Star Wars flim I didn't feel like saying after I saw it. Yet I liked the movie! May the Force Be With You.... Hmm feel better already. plz leave your thoughts below.

They did say it. Leila said it to Rey before she went to find Luke.
Must have missed that moment somehow, was that before or after Han...ya know?

Well, it makes sense. The idea of the Force, Jedi and Sith pretty much ended up becoming a myth of sorts in the 30 years between Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens.
I haven't seen the movie, but c'mon.... Star Wars doesn't need to devolve into repetitive fanboy pleasing catch phrases.
