RIP Ruben, is it silly to say I actually cried when he died? It's so sad I can't believe it happened I wish there would have been a choice to save Ruben but sacrifice someone else

    Because I do not like him. I found him very ugly from the start and did nothing to save him from the butcher.

    To be 100% honest, the "The Dog Dies in the End" (pig that often behaves like a dog in this case) trope is so overused that all I could do was roll my eyes and say "of course they would kill the pet". I probably would have cried if it wasn't so overused, as I'm a crybaby.
