I doubt it. Mojang seemed to want to get rid of Herobrine once and for all as they posted multiple times in the PC update logs: Herobrine removed. Maybe they might put it as an easter egg, I don't personally think they would.

I think herobrine is not a glitch. Maybe its the first Minecraft server and map virus, execute command from hacker to edit programming code to make him appear to every Minecraft server/ map
