I have no idea, I think it are in game purchases. So probably the normal price.
I never played Minecraft Story Mode and I'm not really interested in it, but I thought that other people may want to get it now.

This isn't a deal. TT usually release the first episode for free after a while. Even if this episode is 7p, all the rest are retail price. This isn't clear on the play store and alot of people are leaving bad reviews because of it.
It's just for episode 1. Seems fair-ish to me. It's pretty ridiculous that people think it's for the full season.
