Reflections of Yesteryear, & Upcoming 2016 "Highlights"
My Highlights & Lowlights
+
- Been on several top -notch work courses
 - Befriended some old (& new) mates on FaceBook
 - I've also enjoyed some great comic strips from 2000AD, what with various fantastic Judge Dredd stories (with Terror Rising being Top Notch, followed by Dark Justice, Enceladus, The Cop, & Serial Serial being close contenders), and Helium & Tales from the Deadworld, also being firm favourite
 - Had my 30th Birthday, & ended up getting a Tablet as an early Birthday present (which was nice), going Go-Karting with the Family (which was awesome), and then getting a late dinner at my local Frankie & Benny's (which was quiet frankly, sheer class)
 - Joined a local group that deals with people with various conditions, including my own (Asperger's)
 - Watched some great Movies (Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Jurassic World, Ant-Man, Mad Max: Fury Road)
 - Played some great games (Tales from the Borderlands, Life is Strange, Batman: Arkham Knight + Catwoman's Revenge, & Season of Infamy)
 - Watched some great episodes (Game of Thrones' "Hardhome", & Doctor Who's "Heaven Sent"), & some great new shows (MARVEL's Agent Carter & Daredevil)
 - I've re-ignited my passion for book reading, with the following (BOLD means Key Favourite, while Italics means that I didn't enjoy):

- Star Wars: Heir to the Jedi
 - Arkham Knight: The Riddler's Gambit
 - Star Wars: Lords of the Sith
 - The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time
 - Star Wars: Dark Disciple
 - Inferno (Dan Brown)
 - Star Wars: Aftermath
 - Fiefdom: A Kingdom Novel
 - Star Wars: Battlefront-Twilight Company

-
- Fell ill last January, & got laid off from my only (temporary) paying job during this period
 - Missed going on holiday in June, with my parents, nephew, & niece, to start another job, which lasted for only 1/2 day (due to it's fast paced action, & their obsession with the scanner gun). The Department of Work & Pensions (DWP) would burst my ass over it in early December,
 - One work-Related course (which I started in May) was just dicking me around, which I only just discovered near the end (Being told after I had my Job Interview on the LAST day, that they won't take me on, AFTER I failed their so-called "tests", which they didn't inform me about) The Company doing the Course / "Tests" / Job Interview are affiliated with the MoD (Ministry of Defence)
 - My Parents decided, last May, that they would rather cancel their SKY subscription, & thus I was forced to re-adjust my TV Schedule
 - Saw/Read/Played some crap TV (Game of Thrones, Doctor Who, House of Cards, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.), movies (007: Spectre, Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation, Avengers: Age of Ultron), books (see above), & games (Telltales' Game of Thrones)
 - Two of my Favourite TV Programmes ended for good
(Falling Skies, & Peep Show) - Got diagnosed with Gastroesophageal reflux disease (look that up on Wikipedia)
 - Still Recovering from a throat infection, that I picked up on during the last week of the year
