No sound...

So I've had mine craft story mode for a while now on the iPad mini and yesterday when I was playing I accidentally pressed the off button and turned it back on. Then it glitches and there was no sound. The sound only worked when I pressed the 'TTG Account'. I checked the settings on my iPad and the game and they were on. Can anyone help?
