I was playing episode 1 and then the game froze but the music didn't stop and then I got a blue screen of death. How do I fix this!?

I am not Telltale staff so i am unable to help with this technical issue but i would like to point you towards the Telltale Games Support Center. From there, you can search for the solution to your problem depending on what game you are playing as well as the platform you are playing on.
