Sound not working on iOS Game

Hello, I am having trouble getting the sound to work on Minecraft Story Mode on my iOS iPad. It is running iOS 9 and is an iPad Air 2. I have my regular sound and ringtone sound all the way up. I checked the Settings in-game and they were both up. I restarted my iOS device and still no change. Any help?
