The awesomest video of this century

This video is a must-see. I guarantee you that you won't be disappointed (there's some MI action in there).

I don't want to grind anyones gears so I'll explain why I posted it under this forum. It's because it's so active and the video is actually MI related.

Now, enjoy!

BEAUTIFUL Animations!! It’s nice to see the good old SoMI-Guybrush with new movements!

    I laughed. I cried. I was moved. 5 stars.

Haha, but really - Guybrush was slaughtered!

AWESOME! Some of my favourite games that I grew up with too. I was almost move to tears to see the focus on score change in the Space Invaders scene. Good memories of just playing for scores and nothing else.

    Running Guybrush was great!
I even thought about buying MonkeyDoom, but I don't wanna kill my favorite pirate. ;-)
Thanx for that link. Cool video.

I had a lot of trouble during the Pac-man scene because the ghosts, the maze, and even Pac-Man aren't right. As someone who's played a lot of Pac-Man, it felt like the attention to detail on him was quite a bit less...attentive.

You can't spell "slaughter" without "laughter". I loved it. And I loved the guy's name, too. It reminded me of the Angry Beavers.

    I am.... Muscular Beaver!

Yeah, that was a little disappointing for me also and when he got shot I was expecting the classic pacman death :(

The best part about it was the Monkey Island bit and I'm not even just saying that because this is a Monkey Island forum. The Monkey Island bit did seem to have the most effort put into it. A LOT of extra animation that would have taken quite some time to do.

The rest was a bit substandard tbh. The music didn't match up with the visuals as well as it could have and the mario bits were just typical flash sprite animation humour. I just don't really find pissing, kicking goombas and humping very funny... that and it completely skipped the NES era...

Click only if you are old enough to play leisure suit larry LOL
LIAR!!!! YOU CANT EVEN GROW A BEARD!!!!! I always knew Luigi got all the strange tail... I mean come on everyone thinks Mario is the cool one but really he is too obsessed with peach... so that means if a lady wants a little Mario Bro on the weekend... Luigi is their man.

ummm... some of that was sick. really wrong.

It wasn't even Luigi though... why do people keep saying it was Luigi XD the only reason he was green is because it was replicating the original gameboy colours. I doubt the creator was intending for it to be Luigi tbh

The guy says in the description that all the characters were reinterpreted and redrawn. My guess is that the ghosts are intentionally different. Odd though, that other characters look so spot-on then.

    But yeah, that was awesome.

It's sad to see that for Guybrush, the old 'look behind you, a three headed monkey trick' just didn't jive in the long run. :p

Now I know what to do when I finally meet Lara Croft.

Lol, running guybrush was awesome and I dunno, I kinda liked the angry mob chasing Mario lol.

    NSFW

I wondered why Mario looked like Ron Jeremy when I was at that bit. It was explained later though. Only the Hedgehog could bring a woman that much bigger than him to orgasm, and through a boot no less! :p

Always knew ther's something wrong with Mario... Just see - he lives with his brother and, well, pulls himself down a pipe... (if anybody from Poland here - spuszcza się do rury : )

Elwynn Forest - his scene is close to Stormwind.

    Made my day. Thanks!

It's a little too long for an intro, though. Still awesome.
