Do I have to pay for episodes on PC?
I'm thinking about getting Minecraft Story Mode on PC, but do I still have to pay for episode 2-5 separately? I was wandering because on the Steam page for the game it doesn't show any DLC option and doesn't point it out. Please respond because I really want this game.

No, you don't have to purchase any more episodes. If you purchase the game for Windows and Mac, you're paying for the entire season.
Telltale got rid of per-episode purchasing on PC platforms since very few people were buying them as most people just purchased the entire season pass on those platforms (the last season to offer individual episodes with a season upgrade option to PC owners of episode 1 was Back to the Future: The Game, although per-episode purchasing isn't possible any any of their early seasons on PC anymore either).
