Just wondering if anyone can tell me what region CUSA-03490 is for PS4?
I am hoping it covers Australia?

    look on the spine of the case or cover and if it has a 4 on it it will work for australia

    The case does have 4 on it but I wanted to make sure the correct disc was in the case. I am unable to download episodes 2-5 and I have an Australian PSN account, can anybody tell me if CUSA-03490 is correct for Australia?

    The region 4 is for Australia and New Zealand. But the CUSA code is one from Europe, so this isn't going to work with your account.

    Thanks for your reply, PlayStation have just told me it is a European disc but Telltale say it will work with a European account. I have set up a European account but still will not work. I have been trying to get it working since Christmas! Organized a refund for the disc!
