The Walking Dead: Michonne - Support Tool

In order to efficiently provide support we need some information.
The Support Tool is basically just a batch/script file that collects general system information, and data related to The Walking Dead: Michonne, such as a directory listing of the contents of the install folder and savegame folder, and crash events caused by the game.

PC
Please download and run the TWDM PC Support tool. It will take a while. Let it run until it says "FINISHED" at the bottom.
Once it's done it will open an explorer window containing a file named "TWDM_support_data_pc.zip".
Please upload that file as an Attachment with your Support Center request.

Mac
Please download the TWDM Mac Support Tool.
You should see the TWDM_Mac_Support_Tool folder in your downloads. However, if you have disabled Safari's automatic unzipping, click the TWDM_Mac_Support_Tool.zip to unzip it.
Open the TWDM_Mac_Support_Tool folder.
Right click on "TWDM_create_support_data.sh.command" and select "Open". A window might pop up. Click "Open".

The script will run in a terminal window. Once it shows "Process Completed" you can close that window.
You should now find a file named "TWDM_support_data_mac.zip" in the TWDM_Mac_Support_Tool folder.
Please upload that file as an Attachment with your Support Center request.
