Michonne at 3840×2160 locked at 25fps

I would like to play The Walking Dead Michonne at 4k (3840×2160), but sadly as soon as I set a 4k resolution the game locks itself at 25fps. At 1080p it runs at 60fps as normal.

System specs in case anyone might find it useful: Philips BDM4065UC(3840x2160) Acer Predator Z35 (2560x1080@200hz); 980 Ti Hybrid 1410mhz/1750mhz; 2500K 4.6ghz / D15; 8GB Ripjaws 1866mhz; Z68X-UD3H-B3; AX860; 750GB 840 EVO; 1.5 WD Green and 3.0 WD Red; Xonar DSX; Teufel Concept D 500; Sennheiser HD598 with Antlion ModMic; Windows 10
