    1. L Lawliet from Death Note and Doll from Kuroshitsuji: The Book of Circus. Both are so precious. ;_;

      Not really my top 10 but some of them. Naruto is pure dog shit but it was my first anime/manga, so i can't help to have some characters i like from that series.

    I intentionally kept "movie" and "manga" characters out of it. Because personally anime movies are in a whole new ball park when it comes to quality stories and characters in my humble opinion though. Manga are not anime, anime is short of animation so if it isn't animated it can not really be considered anime personally.
