Will the platinum trophy in mcsm extra three episode effected the platinum trophy after completing episode 5 order up

    I don't think the Platinum is affected. In The Walking Dead Season 1, the DLC episode 400 days was released after the "original" season, and we still got our Platinum. The new episodes might just give you a few "extra-DLC trophies". It wouldn't be right to have to charge you an extra 15$ to unlock your shining Magical trophy...
