Port Xbox 360 to Xbox one

Moving from an Xbox 360 to xbox one. My kids are in season 3. What will I need to do to allow them to keep playing this but on the Xbox one instead? Can you port saved game information from one console to the next?

    There is cloud saving, so as long as they log in with their telltale account they can get back their saves through that, but you'll have to buy another copy if you want it on Xbox One.
