I've been told that SMI:SE is out now... Confirm?

I lost the needed cords for using my Xbox online, but apparently, if you check "All games" on Xbox Live Arcade, you can find and download The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition already. Or so I've been told...

Could someone confirm if this is true?

    I've heard that the Xbox version has been released, but the steam version won't be out for another five hours or so.

    Oh, this and that. I hadn't seen any other topic about it on these forums.

    EDIT: Okay, looked around a little. There was a topic on the Tales of Monkey Island board. Thought that board was game specific, but all righty.

    Me too.

    I can't wait :D :D (dunno why, I've played this game so many times before). £6.99 though, you can't go wrong - bargain :)

    Lol I wouldn't of minded (ok that's a lie.. I still would of bought it). I only had £7.96 left over from my Tales purchase in my paypal account, anything higher and I'd have to wait a tad longer :p

    One hour to wait apparently. I must occupy myself for the time being (2gb!)

    Srry, I mean it's one hour to install.

    Which is bull, cos 2gb on my internet could take hours and hours. My download cap is 2gb as well. oops *sarcastic angel ring appears above head*

    Last time I downloaded about 2gb, I had to leave my computer on overnight. It was almost done by the time I had to go to work :/ That was a torrent though, so I'm hoping it wont take anywhere near as long. I don't know where it got 1 hour from.

    8% in half an hour. Not bad I suppose

    Yep, it's out. Downloading speed is OK. Approximately 2 1/2 hours with slowest DSL connection (1KB/s).

    playing it currently, and I am loving it, the game still is as good as ever but the new graphics and the voice overs add a lot to it.

    its done and out...

    its great but ive seen some fan art from a certain someone.. and a few on for CMI..

    i however love the game... just feels .. to late for its remake time.. glad they got their heads out their rear though.

    Well it took 6 hours to install, but it finally finished.

    Of course it doesn't work. I get this error I haven't a clue what to do with.

    Fan-bloody-tastic. It's 1am, I'm knackered.. work tomorrow, I'm peed off. There I whinged. Tales worked perfectly with me, Secret=fail.

    Congratulations. I have installed it and re installed it, and get the same error as well. What heck is up with that?

    It's pretty damn annoying. Lucky it only cost me £7, but I'm more annoyed that it cost me a few hours sleep. If I didn't have to come to work this morning, wouldn't be a prob :P

    I'm at a loss. I can't get this to work.

    DirectX is up to date.
    I've disabled the firewall.
    Reinstalled the game (I WONT download again.... it took me 7 hours)
    Done everything in that troubleshooting guide on steam
    My graphics drivers are up to date.

    I don't know what to do. I'm so pissed off with steam
