Will the ending change if you decide to give Toad the money for a glamour?
If you give Toad the money does he just pocket it and get sent to the farm or does he actually get a glamour and therefore, can stay?

No. I don't remember the reasoning because it's been a long time since I played, but he leaves no matter what.
He never buys a glamour, no matter what you do.
You give him money, he will spend it on other shit.
Even if Bigby gives him the money to buy a Glamour, Snow will still send Toad and Toad Jr. away to The Farm.
I just finished my first playthrough - I took Crane's money and I gave it to Toad. At the end of the final episode, I still had to meet them in the back of the truck headed for the farm.
I told them 'I'm sorry - I did what I could'. And Toad said, 'Yeah, I told Snow I had the money to buy a glamour, but she wouldn't listen. She still sent us away'. More or less.
That's when I decided Snow was a cold-hearted jerk!
