Yeah, the vast majority of men will get it, but on the other hand, most of us will probably die before it develops.

Good to get checked if you're over 40 though.

That's why for the most part, I stay away from fast foods. And I'm also trying hard to cut down on my soda intake, as well as candy, cake, and alike.

Cancer loves and thrives in acidic conditions, and sugar turns to acid when it's in your body. And your body was NOT designed to be able to process atificial sugar and sweetners.

When I go out to eat, I try to stick to just Lemmon Water. Lemmon water is EXTREMELY good for you, as it not fills your body with antioxidants, but also helps to flush your body's system out.

And here's something interesting, a high school in the midwest, I forget where exactly, took out all the fast foods and whatnot out of their cafeteria, and replaced it with organic foods. And what they found that doing that, combined with having students doing some form of exercise between classes, that the students were not exibitting a lot of the behavioral problems that are found in a lot of other high schools.

The body not only needs to eat healthy, but it also need to exercise. For example, little boys need to be able to run around and play in a rambunctious manner. And young men need exercise, both physical and mental.

And it's also the reason why I am making it a point to exercise more often. I try not to let a day go by where I don't some type of exercise.

  • Good tips thanks
