Can you please recommend a USB Mic that records with the Best Sound Quality for music or podcasting.

    A couple of things you might want to specify:

    Does it have to look pretty? Or be tiny and clip to your shirt? These are only important if you're making video.

    Is a headset preferable? Will you be using a microphone stand?

    "Podcast" and "Music" are pretty different.

    "Best" can get into thousands of dollars if you want to be ridiculous about it. However, if you're going to be compressing your audio, such as distributing via Internet using MP3, the higher-end microphones don't really offer any advantages over the less expensive kind.
