Doubtful. A cat sized roach would probably have a cat-sized bite. It would be quite painful and cause bleeding but probably wouldn't be anything like the crushing force of a zombie bite.

In all seriousness, though, probably the roach. It's faster and the flying ones tend to charge towards you. I'll take my chances with a half eaten corpse.

Walkers in my opinion would be easier to kill as they would mostly shamble around.
I'd be terrified to kill a cat sized cockroach, not to mention they would move faster and be harder to kill.
If a cockroach can survive decapitation and nuclear bombs, then I'm going with the cockroach.
If the zombies are Walking Dead, then they should be relatively easy to kill if there's a sharp or blunt object nearby.
I'm sure everyone knows all you have to do to kill a roach is to step on it.
