Glitch on Episode 6

I watched PopularMMOs play MCSM, and i noticed a glitch (he did too)

at the locked up library scene with the spiders, if you

go for the white pumpkin => fight pumpkin (that sounds strange lol) => somehow click on the spider

then the white pumpkin will stand there and do nothing, and lizzie dies.
then, when they surround dan (i h8ted that part btw) lizzie is ALIVE AGAIN!!! (well then she gets rekt by the white pumpkin)

i don't know how this is supposed to happen, since most people didn't have this glitch

telltale games, do you have a legit explaination for this?
