iOS can't install Episode 5

I have 2, 3, 4, and 6 all installed but 5 won't. The interface simply says "New Content Downloaded" and directs me to install by restarting to the main menu. Then Ep 5 is still not installed. Lather, rinse, repeat.

I've seen similar issues noted on Xbox and other platforms but can't figure out how to fix this on iOS.

Any help greatly appreciated.
