    The world of the Bionis and Mechonis from Xenoblade Chronicles. Can't think of any other game that takes place on the corpses of two humongous titans.

    Planet Mira from Xenoblade Chronicles X is also a vast, beautiful, huge world, though not quite as original as in the 1st Xenoblade.

    Xenoblade Chronicles is an easy winner for anyone who has ever played it. The whole world is set on the bodies of two gods frozen in time after battle, you travel in different environments on the body parts of these Titans as ecosystems have developed on them over time. How can you possibly beat that?
