Techie Guys, Please Help: How do i convert a VR Video to a classic Flat(2d) video?

i couldn't find any reference or tutorial in google. mostly the links are how to convert a classic video to a VR but not vice versa.

  1. so how do i do it?
  2. what software should i use? i don't have after effects, and i don't think my computer can handle it
  3. if there's an online video converter that can convert the VR to 2d?

please provide any link that could help. thanks in advance

    You don't, VR videos are filmed in a different way with a different camera.
