What happens to TWD Comics next?
I thought Alpha's character could be developed and would have an own arc, but to my surprise, TWD comics immediately crossed her out of the picture, now were back to Negan, so what happens next?

Well, since Negan killed Alpha, that technically makes him the leader of The Whisperers based on their law.
