Help with Gravitar

Can someone please tell me how to use Gravitar? I followed the instructions from another user on how to set it up but when i click the icon nothing seems to happen and just appears with this purple avatar?

    Is everything exactly the same with your email? Otherwise I dont know

    @Firewallcano tackled the question. You should have the same email account linked to both the forum and the account over Gravatar.

    Sorted it now guys. For some reason the link to the gravatar website was not there so i just typed the address in manually after watching the tutorial video. Thanks all for the help.
