Is Batman playerable from telltale at this time?

I bought the game on telltale's website (here) but I can't find a download button. Is it not out on the website yet or am I looking in the wrong places?

    Steam does not have button "Install" too.

    The Telltale store version hasn't released yet, both the Steam and Telltale versions normally release on or after 10 AM Pacific Time.

    See that is how I remembered steam working. I just had a (false?) memory that telltale released theirs sooner

    They did release earlier at one point but they stopped it.
