TOMI keeps crashing

Everytime I try to run TOMI, I can get to the Launcher window, but as soon as I try to launch game, I get the screen that says TOMI, Avast, but then I get a program has stopped working error.

    This may sound strange, but try it when you are disconnected from the internet. You can just unplug the network cable for that or turn off your wlan router if you are on wireless.

    I found a similar problem and i could use some confirmation on that bug.

    Bug confirmed. Turning off wireless lets me run the game. Thanks for the solution. Any thoughts as to why being connected to internet is causing the crash?
