How is the PS4 version?
I'm thinking about refunding my Steam version-- since the framerate is still being slow on me, and play on the console instead. Is the PS4 (or PS3) version a bit better than the steam one right now, any problems like slow framerates, etc?

It's not out on ps3 yet. I saw a ps4 youtube playthrough and it was good. It suffered from some fps drops (seemed like 30s-40s) in some occasions but the game is playable.
I played it when the game came out on ps4 and bought the season pass. The frame rate in the few minutes of the episode isn't that great but once you keep going through it gets better. It's very playable either way anyways.
I thought it was pretty good. It doesn't have the problems of the PC version if that's what you're asking. That doesn't mean there's no bugs at all, but no problems that will prevent you from enjoying the game.
It's good, framerate is a bit choppy here and there but other than that its good.
