From Night School Studio, the award-winning creators of Oxenfree, comes Mr. Robot:1.51exfiltrati0n. Taking place during the first season of USA Network’s Golden Globe Award-winning drama, you find a smart phone on the ground outside the Fun Society Arcade at Coney Island. Little do you know that the phone belongs to Darlene, a black hat hacker who’s about to commit the biggest cybercrime the world has ever seen… and she needs her phone back to do it.
(2) Will this title effect other Telltale games in production?
As this is a Telltale Publishing endeavor made by separate developers, with Telltale Publishing only publishing the game, this will not effect other games developed by Telltale in production.
(3) When will Mr. Robot:1.51exfiltrati0n be available?
The Mr. Robot:1.51exfiltrati0n is available starting on August 16, 2016 on mobile platforms.
(4) What is gameplay like?
In Mr. Robot:1.51exfiltrati0n, you’ll use the E-Corp messaging app to communicate in real time with characters from the show, making dialog choices that directly affect how the story flows. Make a choice then live with the far-reaching consequences in this hi-tech narrative drama driven by you.
(5) There isn't a subforum on the game here, where can I find forums for the game?
While Night School does not have a forum for the game, you can discuss it here in Telltale Talk.
(6) What platforms is the game available for?
Mr. Robot:1.51exfiltrati0n is available on iOS, iPhone 5, iPad 3, iPad Mini 1, and up, and on Android on HTC One. Galaxy S6, and up. It is a mobile only game and is unlikely to come to other non-mobile consoles.
(7) Is this game canon to the Mr. Robot show?
Yes, it is. It makes place during the first season between episodes 5 and 6, with interactions through texting with show characters.
