It's the save screen from my favorite game of all time, Silent Hill 3. It features Heather Mason, who is (my queen) my favorite video game protagonist ever, and the seal of Flarous. I changed it to get into the Halloween spirit. Otherwise, it's Cell from Dragon Ball Z vomiting out Android 18 after being kicked in the stomach by Gohan.
As I've mentioned before, Minecraft: Story Mode has become one of my favorite games, and what I especially love about it is it's cast of characters. Most notably, the male variation of the player character, Jesse. I just kinda connect with this guy; a little cocky, a little egotistical, but all around, a great friend always willing to help others. And besides, it's Patton Oswalt, so in my opinion, you can't go wrong.
I love how straightforward some of these comments are about the users' avatars.

Mine is, as of now anyways, a good fan-art I ripped from the originator like the thief I am of a badass cross-over of Ellie (if you don't know where she's from, I feel bad for you son) and Clementine (I got 99 references and Clem won't be one).
Although I'll prolly be changing it to something fairly ridiculous soon.
