Can't download episodes

I was playing Minecraft Story Mode on my ios device and I got into my Telltale account and I tried too download an episode and it said 100% but no green bar and after a few seconds it said an error and it had said the server had timed out I tried too download a different episode but same thing had happened this hasn't happened before (I re downloaded the game multiple times) at first I thought it was because I just re downloaded the game but I waited a few hours but same result again.Do I have to keep waiting?
