Telltale's Batman xbox one controler problem on pc

I'm a win7 user, I can't play the game with my xboxe one controler because R2 button doesn't work, L2 button does work when using grapple gun but it doesn't work in a fistfight. I wanted to send a support message to Telltale about but I couldn't see an adress to send it, so instead of it, I'm writing my problem here. Do you know any mail adress of Telltale to give them notifications about our problems or did you find any way to solve this problem?
