Network Unavailable

I've just bought the season pass Batman The telltale Series disc for PS4 and i updated the game and finished the fist episode but when i click Episode 2 theres a check availability button but nothing happens and at the top it says purchased coming soon i cant even log in to my telltale account and use internet features because it says Network Unavailable.
i even tried reinstalling the game but it doesnt work and telltale support doesnt help me either.
