Batman Telltale Episode 2 - It's a Bigger Issue Than You Think
Batman Telltale Episode 2 wasn't just not working for people who bought the season pass disk.
I purchased the game from the XBOX live marketplace on my 360, including the season pass. the season pass will not let me access episode 2. i got a full refund on the season pass, but the game still recognizes that i made the purchases. it says "Purchased - Coming Soon" on episode 2, but it wont let me play it.
Does anyone know a fix to this problem? I've already tried re-downloading the season pass several times and it doesn't work.

Episode 2 hasn't released on Xbox 360 yet so you won't be able to download it.
Why did the newsletter say it was then? Do you know when it is coming out?
The newsletter they sent out appears to be wrong, moderators are not Telltale staff so i don't know any details about when they could release episode 2 on the Xbox 360.
According to the support center article below the release date is currently listed as "coming soon" so there is currently no estimated release date.

They might be preparing for an incoming release of Episode 2 on 360 sometime soon. As Ozzy said, Moderators are just volunteers with no advance information. However, given that they said that, I would think that the episode is coming sooner than later.
Wait! It says Available now, but it still won't play. Not really impressed... Does it have to do with the internet? 'Cause I have bad internet. And I have a PS4.
