Loader Bot - I like his sense of humor and just his overall personality, my favourite thing in TFTB, I kinda like him better than Gortys
Gortys - Cute, cheerful robot. Love 'er but prefer LB if it comes to Tales.
GLaDOS - The best robotic villain. She has bad--well, horrible sides and good sides! Her sarcasm is what I like the best about her, along with some of her black humor and excellently written lines.
Wheatley - Cheerful little thing, his constant talking was more hilarious than annoying to me
Bastion - I love him too. He doesn't speak, but makes those adorable little beeps and his relationship with the bird is just heartwarming If only he wasn't a killing machine...
I may have forgotten some, but still, those are the bestest.
My favorite fictional bot would probably be LoaderBot from Tales (yes, I know Loaderbots were in other games, but I specifically meant the Tales version). Bender from Futurama is probably a close second.
