Restore purchases

Anyway... I am on the iPhone 6+ and bought this 4 episodes bundle some time ago. My problem is that after deleting and reinstalling my game, I am not able to restore my purchases.
Yes I already restarted my phone and waited for 3 minutes to clear the caches or something like that.
If I click on "restore purchases" it just says that it restores them and nothing happens.

I might confuse you with my english skills, do not judge me too hard I am from Germany.
