Now obviously I'm gonna give credit where credit is due, and give first props to the late Lon Chaney Jr, who starred in the 1940 classic horror film: The Wolfman.
But I think the best portrayel has to be Hugh Jackman from the film Van Halen.
How about you?

EDIT: Misspelt something
Smart-ass!
That wasn't my fault. I was typing on my tablet so it autocorrected my spelling. I hate when it does that.
I'm father fond of the werewolves in Dog Soldiers:
Underworld
The one from a film Michael Jackson watched with his girlfriend.
Or maybe it was werecat.
Definitely the Van Helsing werewolf parts. Every moment of intensity when one appears was awesome.
Bigby from The Wolf Among Us
My favourites are:
These 3 aren't from films but are still worth mentioning:
The Wolfman (2010) to be honest. Remake of the original Werewolf film. Really love how they kept to the original werewolf design from the original film as well, instead of trying like films since, to make it look more wolf than man. The Wolfman, well all versions of The Wolfman I think there are 2 or 3 of them actually, I just love that more man like Werewolf they used.
I'm not too big a fan of the show, but Hemlock Grove has got some cool transformations in it.
If you can't tell, then it's a bad werewolf.
