Having problems with downloading Batman Episode 3

So i have xbox one, not x box live.
And i downloaded episodes 1 and 2 just buy themselves, and decided to download the episode 2-5 pass. And it says in the game that i have purchased episode 3 but not downloaded, so when i click download, it goes straight to paying 9.35. is this currently a bug or something? Because i don't want to have paid over 30 dollars for the pass, only to have to spend another 10 on a episode that it claims i have already purchased.

    Rather than posting it here please go to the support tab and email TellTale they will usually respond in 1-3 days.
