Bad Framerate

The game runs fine in simpler scenes like talking with Harvey at the hospital and Selina's apartment, but during the actions scenes where there's a lot going on, it's really bad framerate. I hope I'm not the only one. Does anyone have any suggestions for fixing it? Playing on PS4.
