"desperate measures"

Anyone know why episode 4 title is "desperate measures" for my achievements on here? Is this for everyone? Sorry if its already been asked and answered.

    I am going to guess that "Desperate Measures" was the original name of Episode 4, and that either they could not update the files on the site/could not find an easy fix, or just forgot to change it.

    Just like the original name for TWD S2 E5 was @BetterToSleep.
