Downloaded xbox 360 season pass error

So when episode 1 came out for the xbox 360 I bought it along with the season pass from the xbox marketplace. Unfortunately it is still telling me that I have to pay for episodes 2&3 even though it says I have downloaded the season pass. Does anyone know what to do?
