My son bought Minecraft Story mode season pass with chapter one-5..we "bought" episode 4 and 5 but they are still showing as coming soon?? We are in the UK..what do we need to do to play them? He did the update (hes not played it for a while), but they wont unlock?

You need to be connected to the internet to see the episode's status. And you need to download the episodes to be able to play them.
If it still doesn't work, please contact the Telltale Support Center.
