Basically it allows other people to send votes if they have a link to your game. It will then display over the choice which one has the most votes. Pretty sure you can also enable it so which ever got the most votes is the one thats selected, even if the main player doesnt select it. Not so sure about that though.
Yeah...it is interesting...but also can lead to getting into fights. This is a possible issue...note only 4 actors in this tragic tale of crowd play fail.
