Transfer episodes and save data to Xbox One?

in Minecraft: Story Mode

I own Minecraft: Storymode Season and Adventure pass for the Xbox 360, and I was wondering if I could get them for free on the Xbox One, or would I have to pay for them again? Also, if I were to get the episodes will my save data / choices carry over to the Xbox One? I am logged in as my Xbox 360 account and logged into my ttg account if you're wondering, and I know it's unlikely anything will carry over I just want to be sure so maybe I could relive the experience in 60fps

    You would have to repurchase the game on different platforms, I believe. The only exception to this (that I know) of is any universal purchase made in the iOS App Store, where apps can be shared between an iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch.
