Simple things you regret in games?

Every game I play it seems like there's always one thing I don't/forget to do and it makes me feel really bad but I don't want to go and replay the entire game just to change one mistake. For example, I forgot to water my plant in Life is Strange and I feel bad for not fist bumping Vaughn in TFTBL Anyone else have this problem? xD

Not feeding my fish in Mass Effect 2.

  • [TWD S1 SPOILERS!!]

Probably killing Danny St. John, but I only feel bad because Clementine saw me do it.

  • Missing a missable achievement. Gotta collect em all, bleh.

  • Forgetting to save and dying or doing something in the story I regret and want to change, only to realize the last save was a several hours of game time before.

    Doh!

Seriously, I can't recall one thing I regret in a game. I might feel bad about it, but I don't regret it.

  • When I first saw that option in that game, I legit thought that meant pour him a drink.

  • I thought it was a phrase that meant to clink glasses with someone (kind of like a friendly toast).

  • getting 100% completion on Sonic 06.....

  • In the prologue of Fallout 3, I accidentally killed the Overseer and Amata got mad at me, so I deleted that save and started again lol

  • Omg...how many fish have you killed...I personally must have stripped the oceans bare.

  • I was doing okay for a while, but then I realized that I had played like 5 missions and forgot to feed my fish. I had a lot of fish too. I sold out pretty much every pet store I could find. So to answer your question, a lot. A lot of fucking fish.

Letting my Uncle and Law Play Ace Combat 4. He accidentally deleted my 100% complete save, with me and my brother's competitive records to boot. Every time I pick up the game case, I almost want to cry.

Though to be honest, I always feel a lot of guilt and regret when I press that big red button to destroy the Institute on Fallout 4, I feel very little guilt taking out any of the other factions in the game so I really dunno what is up with that.

Buying this game is why I'll never trust Scambox again or any of the shit that comes out of Randy Pitchfork's mouth.

  • One time in Bioshock I harvested a little sister to see what would happen and I still feel dirty.

  • Did the same thing.

In the prologue of Fallout 3, I accidentally killed the Overseer and Amata got mad at me, so I deleted that save and started again lol

  • You monster.

One time in Bioshock I harvested a little sister to see what would happen and I still feel dirty.

  • Releasing the Ghost of the Tree in the Witcher 3. Yes, I saved a handful of children. But I also caused an entire village to be massacred and burnt to the ground, allowed a mallicious and dangerous spirit to roam freely and indirectly caused Strenger's suicide as a result of Anna's death on account of my aforementioned actions.

I felt so horrible that I loaded a previous save, just to avert that happening. And I usually don't do that as a rule in an RPG.

  • I'M SORRY!

    You monster.

  • Wow, you actually 100% it? I tried for a bit, but it wasn't worth it.

  • Aliens Colonial Marines, a shitty, bland, glitchy, ugly, poorly designed FPS Gearbox pretended to develop, but everybody only found out that they didn't actually do jackshit until it launched.

  • Oh, okay. I haven't actually played it, but I've heard how terrible it is.

While we're on the subject, have you played Alien: Isolation?

  • I killed Nisha in Borderlands 2(

  • Oh yeah. I thought that meant buy him a drink at first. When it turns out it meant literally glassing him, I shouted "Oh god! I'm so sorry!" at the TV so loud that I got noise complaints.

  • Mass Effect 2...did not get Tali's loyalty....she died....so in Mass Effect 3 Her people died....and then lol...the Geth died at the end with my choice.....my FemShepard was sad.

  • Awww! When I started ME2 I remembered people saying to feed the fish constantly or they'll die, so I fed them after every single mission xD got a bit tiresome but it was worth it - especially since they come back in ME3!

  • Not looking up how to do a melee attack in Mass Effect - I ended up having to shoot people rather than stun them ;-;

  • Luckily when I first played it, I had already seen a gif of Bigby "Glassing him" so I knew what it was.
