Did anyone else notice if you save harv he seems to be going down the path of the judge? Do you think the choice in ep2 will effect which persona he becomes?

I didn't see anything that would suggest the judge and personally I don't find the judge very interesting.
The Judge won't happen , he was only something in the 90's cartoon.

Well when I played the scene (after having saved Harvey twice) and agreed with his ideas then he started slipping into Two-Face for more than one line and was talking about a police state and checkpoints which is where he's at minus the arguing with himself if you don't save him. He's much more grounded if you disagree with him so in this case enabling him probably isn't a good idea even if either way he realizes what he sounds like and tries to laugh it off.
