Season 2 Ps4 Save Corrupts after episode 4 (Please Help!)

This has happened 3 times now! i first completed season 2 of walking dead on ps4 just fine but when my brothers played it as soon as they complete episode 4 and start episode 5 it takes them to the import season 1 save screen. i checked through there save file and half the choices they made are gone! does anyone know if theres a way to prevent this. ive uninstalled and reinstalled the game but that does nothing!

    You should contact the Telltale Support Center.
    They should reply within 1-2 days.
