Episode 3 story problem
At the start of this episode Gordon tells Batman they can call a truce for tonight... However they were already working together in episode 2. Don't make any sense.

That's a known bug, kind of like how Alfred in Episode one yells at you for 'beating that thug half to death' even if you barely touch the guy.
It is not a plot hole, but a bug. Gordon was suppose to say that if Batman has been violent and aggressive.
There is a voice file in Detail thread where Gordon is positive and grateful for Batman's help when they meet in Episode 3.
This game gets high grades for story and action...But it is VERY VERY buggy. I can reproduce soft locks, after have frame rate issues during cinematics, and sometimes textures don't load.
